Submissions for In-Store Clients will require a membership fee. We will contact you to collect a membership fee of $50 after we process your application($35 yearly renewal fee)

Wholesale Clients with Shipping Accounts will not require a fee.

  • I Herby certify, that I hold a valid sellers permit # (listed above) issued pursuant to Sales Use Tax: that I am engaged in the business of selling flowers and floral supplies. That the tangible personal property decribed herein which I shall purchase from Sequoia Floral Int’l will be resold by me in the form of personal property; provided, however, that in the event any such property is used for any purpose other than retention, demonstration, or display while holding it for sale in the regular course of business, it is understood that I am required by the Sales and Use Tax Law to report and pay for the tax, measured by the purchase price of such property.
