We will need a California Resale Certificate, a copy of your Seller’s Permit, and the form below, and you’re all set to receive wholesale pricing from the North Coast’s favorite floral wholesaler!

Submissions for In-Store Clients will require a membership fee. We will contact you to collect a membership fee of $50 after we process your application($35 yearly renewal fee)

Wholesale Clients with Shipping Accounts will not require a fee.

  • I hereby certify that I hold a valid seller's permit issued pursuant to the Sales and Use Tax Law
  • that the tangible personal property described herein which I shall purchase from Sequoia Floral Int'l will be resold by me in the form of personal property; provided, however, that in the event any such property is used for any other purpose other than retention, demonstration, or display while holding it for sale in the regular course of business, it is understood that I am required by the Sales and Use Law to report and pay for the tax, measured by the purchase price of such property.

  • In order to receive wholesale pricing we require an initial $50.00 membership set-up fee. Renewal memberships of $35.00 will be billed each January. Discounts for wholesale customers are 15-20% off floral supplies and fresh cut flowers In order to receive wholesale pricing,you will be required to buy in "wholesale lots". Some exceptions apply.
